We have come to a point where the need to be prepared in electronic discovery for litigation purposes is undeniable, but as mentioned in the article, many law firms have been slow to adapt. With companies like Cataphora paving the way, this next-generation of search and analysis is allowing a new level of comprehensiveness, and this will require many attorneys to adapt their processes and viewpoints accordingly. Now that the federal rules are fully enacted and courts will be increasingly less tolerant of mistakes, ignorance will be increasingly costly and dangerous.
